You Make Me Smile

Bought this fun precolored turtle image from Tammy DeYoung.  Created the polka dot paper in Gimp.  Created the easel shaped card base using Silhouette Studio DE software and cut out all the pieces with my Cameo.  This is for the Cards For Hospitalized Kids Charity.
