I created this card for the little boys at the Cards For Hospitalized Kids Charity. Hopefully it will make them smile. I colored this cute image from Gerda Steiner with Copic markers and cut out the image with a Spellbinders die. Used a scrap of left over card stock for the twine on the sentiment banner.
