It's Your Special Day Birthday Card

 

I created this card for the Brighter Birthdays Children's Charity using a darling Winnie image from Polkadoodles.  Added a green polka dot frame in Photoshop and attached to a scalloped edge card that I cut out with my Silhouette Cameo using a cut file from the Silhouette store.
