Ellie's Birthday


 I created this card for the Brighter Birthday's Children's Charity using a cute precolored image from Di's Digi Stamps.  Added a frame with dots and strips.  Attached die cut gold circles to the center of bigger flowers.  Cut out the scalloped edge frame with my Silhouette Cameo.
