I created this Valentine's Day card for the Cards For Hospitalized Kids Charity using a cute image called Too Cute Bobby Bear from Polkadoodles. I opened the image in Photoshop and added a fun heart patterned frame to the background. Also made a matching insert with Valentine saying for the inside of card.
