Here's a birthday card I designed and made for a friend.  The background paper is from Pixel Scrappers, Lace Doily and Butterflies are from Craftsuprint.com and flowers from Freepik.com (my arrangement).  I hand cut the decoupage layers on the flowers and butterflies.  The scalloped edge card base was cut out with my Silhouette Cameo using a cut file from the Silhouette Store.
