I have a little chihuahua that looks like this one, so I couldn't resist making this card for St. Patrick's Day.

I made this for the little kids at the Cards 4 Hospitalized Kids Charity.  I stamped one of my favorite oldies from Penny Black and colored the image with Copic markers.  Scanned the image into my computer and added the pink and rose colored frames and some black and white polka dot paper in Photoshop.
