I made this card for the little boys at the Cards For Hospitalized Kids Charity using a super cute fishing image from Di's Digi Stamps.  Created all the background papers in Photoshop and cut out the scalloped edge card base with my Silhouette Cameo using a cut file from the Silhouette store.
