Penguin card for the Cards for Hospitalized Kids Charity using a cut file from a set called Winter Faces by My Scrap Chick. Cut out all pieces with my Silhouette Cameo. Used pink chalk and a Qtip to color the cheeks, Bazzill and Georgia Pacific cardstock and a polka dot ribbon.
