This cute mousie is one my favorite holiday stamps by Penny Black. Colored with Copic markers. Also used red ribbon, Studio G glitter glue for the snow, Liquid applique on hat, rhinestones, Spellbinders dies and designer paper called Dots & Stripes by American Crafts. Snowflakes were cut out with my Silhouette Cameo.
