I created this card for the Brighter Birthday's Children's Charity using images from Di's Digi Stamps. Also used a lace frame I made with a script from Creation Cassel in Paint Shop Pro. Added pink flowers I made with a action from Josy Carson in Photoshop. Cut out the scalloped edge card base with my Silhouette Cameo using a cut file from the Silhouette store.
