Belle Flip Swing Card

I created this card for the little girls at the children's charity using Snoopy's Sister Belle.  I colored her with Copics.  Cut out the image with Cottage Cutz Stitched Circle Dies.  The other card pieces were cut out with my Cameo using a cut file from the Silhouette Store.
