17th holiday card for this year for the children's charity. Lol, only 34 more cards to go. I used a digi image From The Heart "Laughing Snowman" and saying. Colored the background paper and scarf in Gimp using a fun pattern that looks like a knitted sweater. Cut out the card layers with my Silhouette Cameo. Drippy border cut out with a Martha Stewart border punch.
