I created this card using a darling image from The Paper Shelter.
Added a double frame I made in Photoshop. Printed all the elements
including a extra bow from the ribbon. Cut out the sentiment tag with a
Sizzix die. Attached the tag with the bow decoupage layer on top.
This is for the Cards For Hospitalized Kids Charity.

I picked ribbon from the three catagories. Printed the bow twice
from the image, and used the extra bow on top of the sentiment tag.
