I created this card for the Brighter Birthday's Children's Charity using a super cute precolored image I purchased last week from Diane Carubia at Di's Digi Stamps. Added a background I purchased from Craftsuprint. I cut out the scalloped edge card base with my Silhouette Cameo using a cut file from the Silhouette store.
