I created this card for the Brighter Birthdays Children's Charity. I used a cute mousie image from Di's Digi Stamps that I colored with Copic markers and scanned into my computer. Added a polka dot pattern to the tablecloth and a fun background from Freepik.com. I cut out the scalloped edge card base with my Silhouette Cameo using a cut file from the Silhouette store.
