I created this Halloween card for the Cards For Hospitalized Kids Charity using a fun image from The Paper Shelter and a background from Creative Fabrica. Added a double frame I created in Photoshop. Cut out the scalloped edge card base with my Silhouette Cameo using a cut file from the Silhouette store.
