I created this card for the Cards For Hospitalized Kids Charity using a very cute Bella Bear digi image from Polkadoodles. I opened it in Photoshop and created the background then a border using the hearts from the image. Attached to a scalloped edge card base I cut out with my Silhouette Cameo using a cut file from the Silhouette store.
