I created this card using a cute princess image from The Paper Shelter. I opened the image in Photoshop and added two colored frames. Cut out the scalloped edge card base with my Silhouette Cameo and attached the image with Mono Multi glue. This is for the Cards For Hospitalized Kids Charity.
