That's a super cute image Dee, I love the little snowman reaching up for his gift! The big hats and long scarves are wonderful. You did a great job choosing the patterned paper for the frame, it coordinates very nicely with the image.

Great card! I like a beautiful picture of snowmen, I have never seen such a picture. Amazing that you create for sick children. I'm glad you shared it at Craftyhazelnut's Christmas Challenge.
