I created this card for the Cards For Hospitalized Kids Charity using a super cute image from The Paper Shelter and a rainbow background from Freepik.com. Added a frame that I created in Photoshop and attached to a scalloped edge card base I cut out with my Silhouette Cameo using a cut file from the Silhouette store.
