I used a star stencil, dauber and ink pads to create the star backgrounds. I cut out pieces with My Favorite Things, Sizzix and Cuttlebug dies. Happy Birthday circular saying was cut out with my Silhouette Cameo using a cut file I found at the Silhouette store.
